Beef Bundle

This beef bundle contains approximately 23 lbs of meat, with 50% being ground beef, 25% being steaks, and 25% being a mix of roasts, ribs or flank or skirt steaks depending on supply. It is an ideal option for first-time buyers or for adding to previous orders. Additionally, this bundle is compact enough to fit in a standard kitchen refrigerator, eliminating the need for a separate deep freezer.

Our Process 

Step 1 - Choose your bundle! 

Step 2 - Our skilled butchers in Luling, Texas prepare your beef, allowing it to dry age 3 weeks, ensuring it reaches peak flavor and tenderness.

Step 3 -  After your beef is prepared and hard frozen, you will receive an update with the scheduled shipping date.  If you opted for pickup or local delivery, we will coordinate the most convenient option for you.

Step 4 - We will ship your beef directly to your door via UPS or confirm the pickup/delivery.  Your beef is packed with insulation and dry ice to ensure it stays completely frozen!
