- 18-26 steaks (Ribeye, NY Strip, Denver or Filet Mignon)
- 8 Sirloins
- 6-8 Roasts (Chuck, Rump, Round, Tri-Tip or Arm)
- 4-6 pounds of Fajita, Skirt, Flat Iron, Flank, or Sirloin Bavette
- 4-8 pounds of Stew Meat
- 8-16 pound of Beef Ribs
- 1 Brisket and Picanha (10-15 lbs) *limited item
- 80- 90 pounds of ground beef (roughly 85% lean)
- 4-8 pounds of beef liver
*Items will vary depending on the steer and will be individually packaged and labeled.
*Specialty items are available upon request and availability (tongue, meaty soup bones, oxtails, bone marrow, etc.).
Our Process
Step 1 - Choose your bundle!
Step 2 - Our skilled butchers in Luling, Texas prepare your beef, allowing it to dry age 3 weeks, ensuring it reaches peak flavor and tenderness.
Step 3 - After your beef is prepared and hard frozen, you will receive an update with the scheduled shipping date. If you opted for pickup or local delivery, we will coordinate the most convenient option for you.
Step 4 - We will ship your beef directly to your door via UPS or confirm the pickup/delivery. Your beef is packed with insulation and dry ice to ensure it stays completely frozen!
